We may in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, expel and prevent further access to our service to users that infringe the intellectual property rights of others. No Interference With Our Service

You may not use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the NuMasters.com site or any transaction being conducted on our site. You may not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our system.

Registration

To use certain features of the Service, such as making a purchase or subscripting to a mailing list, you must register with NuMasters.com on the form provided. You agree (a) to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form, and (b) to maintain and promptly update the information you provide to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If NuMasters.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, NuMasters.com has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof). Our use of any personally identifying information you provide to us as part of the registration process is governed by the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Email

Users are reminded that harassment, whether through language, frequency, or size of messages, is prohibited. Malicious email, including but not limited to "mailbombing" (flooding a user or site with very large or numerous pieces of email), is also prohibited.

Users are explicitly prohibited from sending unsolicited bulk email messages ("junk mail" or "spam"). This includes, but is not limited to, bulk-mailing of commercial advertising, informational announcements, chain letters and political tracts. Any users who do send spam to NuMasters.com email addresses agree to pay a £100 administration fee per email sent.

Forging of header information is not permitted.

Offline Browsers

The use of offline browsers - software that makes a local copy of a website - or any other software agent, excluding search engine spiders and legitimate web browsers, is strictly prohibited. Any users caught using them will be banned from the site.
